Had a flat tire because of a faulty valve yesterday and the spare is a stock 205/70 15 versus the 215/70 16 I'm actually running...

Drove 30 km without any issue thanks to the Quaife helicals front and rear and the epicycloidal center on manual mode (DCCD).

It shouldn't.

Helicals work like open diffs most of the time like when no slippage occurs or when one wheel is in the air.

And the DCCD also works like an open diff but sends more torque to the rear than to the front (65/35) thanks to the epicycloidal design but can be "locked" (50/50) thanks to the electromagnetic manually controlled clutches

So as far as I know, nothing should heat up or break, I have no more Vlsd's like oem (center/rear) nor Clsd's like Cusco, Kaaz or STI (front/rear)
