Hey all,
I recently purchased a set of Narva Ultima 225's and thought I'd write a quick post about the install and my impressions
While stock headlights are pretty good they leave a lot to be desired when you need vision for 300m+. I was looking for a medium to large light and was considering lightforce or nightstalker lights when I found these Narva's. I thought they were excellent value so snapped them up
One of the big selling points for me was the included loom. It came with everything ready to plug and play pretty much.
The included instructions were simple and easy to work out. This is all good for those who might be playing under their bonnet for the first time.
The lights offer flexability in their adjustment of height and angle. as you can see they fit nicely on the Subaxtreme Bullbars.
the only time consuming part for me was running the cables and quick-tying them out of harms way. The complete install took just under 2 hours but I used an existing dash switch and wiring.
I still have to trim some excess cabling and mount the relay + fuse but I didn't have a lot of time. In my opinion the light output is fantastic although I haven't compared them with any other lights. Visability is good up to 6-700m. I'll grab a shot of the light spread when i get a chance. Hope you've enjoyed the write-up.
Cheers, Hux
