Missing cover/cap

I recently took my Forester for its scheduled service, a few days after i noticed a bunch of wires that i had not noticed before. I am wondering if there is meant to be a cover or cap for these wires/electronics that was not replaced after the service?

Does anyone have a Forester 2016 with the same wires exposed?

Sorry to say but that looks pretty factory to me. There's no reason for them to play with this wiring. You could see if that conduit will easily slide up the wiring to cover it better.

Just wrap it up with some electrical tape if you're worried.

Same as my wife's SH. The only thing missing is common sense and letting the accountants run things.
