Rainy day in Little Blair Valley

A couple of weeks ago, I took one of my sons to Little Blair Valley in Anza Borrego. I grew up camping out there.. so it's always a treat when I can take my boys.

That full arch rainbow followed us around for most of the day. Amazing.

Wonderful spot.. I have good memories of doing a short trip through bits of Anza Borrego many years back when I was visiting LA for work. Spectacular scenery and flora.

Nothing goes further in a weekend trip than a rental car.

For such similar climate to some of our deserts - its amazing how different they are.
