XV 6sp manual gearbox refill-WHERE????

OK I'll play Subaru's silly game. Where is the filler plug on the 6sp manual gearbox on the XVfb20b motor???????????????

same place it is on the impreza?

No dipstick.
Lots of small square boss plugs ( I am guessing spring and ball idents) and some tiny (14mm head) bolts but more than one.

Ok I am a blind fool.
Admittedly it took a lot of looks changing between 3 sets of glasses to find the dipstick which it DOES have.
Now I need toi know if that is just the front diff or a whole transaxle ( ie gearbos AND front diff)

On the Foresters, it is for both.

I can barely find the dipstick on mine, even though identical placement to the one in my Impreza - i.e. same place for the last 22 years ... :iconwink: :lol:.

This is why I get Ross (our mechanic) to do this stuff. He has the tools that make it simple and easy!

It will be easy enough to do. It was just bloody hard to find ( I have old sight)
