I believe they are Forester rims.. As I bent one out wheeling last month and when I went to Subaru to get one they gave me a funny look when I described it and said.. "you mean the rims we use on Foresters?" Haha. Yeah I painted them about 5 months ago.. I sanded them down with 120 grit sandpaper then sprayed on 2 coats of self etching primer, then I think 3 coats of Dupli-color Semi-gloss engine black enamel. The paint has held up very well and looks great IMO.

I still haven't had the chance to take it off road with my new Grabbers.. but I'll be sure to gets pics and report on how they did when I do!

Oh and I got my offroadsubarus.com sticker on the back window now.. I'll get a pic of that too. :-D

Nice! I like the "murdered out" black/black look, too. Shows more dirt and mud!

very nice!!!

also, is that a mossberg? :P very nice on that too lol.

gotta respect the fellow 05-07 drivers!!!

Thank you. And yes sir that is a Mossberg. It's a 20 gauge bought to kill gophers in our yard.. but considering it hadn't been taken out of the closet since christmas for that use, I figured I'd give it some exercise this summer. Yeah I like seeing the 4th gen (I think that's what ours are) soobies just covered in mud. That just says to me "I bought this car to have fun."

Yeah jg, I figured if I ever need to do a drive by the black on black would come in handy haha! :bananagunner:

haha, like that last pic of the GPS.

That thing needs a bunch of communication antennas and a tubular roof rack!

You know the roof rack that wayback has on subaruoutback.org? something like that. I'll try and get a pic for an example.

ooooooohhhh. gotcha. Yeah one of those would be cool... but then I couldn't fit a bike or ski rack on the other side. Otherwise I totally would. I bought a used subaru rack off the other site for 90 bucks and it does a good job holding my spare tire and anything else I can fit up there. Eh good nuff for now.

the pics are cool. nice to see a subie being driven properly. what size are the rims and the grabbers. are they at2's?any clearance problems?

Man nice photos, she sure is a pretty thing!! Love it. Don't ya just adore the Grabbers? Try airing down next time... They really grip!
