Et voilà !

Trying to post a video with the image on the post but doesn't seem to be possible...

Dare devil!☺

Doing this alone is maybe not the wisest decision, but deep respect welldone!

Applaudissements!

Totally excellent!

Have you recently measured your actual ground clearance at skid plates and rocker panel? Do you know what your approach angle is?

Ground clearance is about 25 cm at skid plates (lowest point under the car) for best compromise on/off road capabilities but I could lower it 2 cm or make it a few cm higher thanks to the coil overs.

Sorry, didn't calculate the approach angle nor the weigh of the wheels yet…will do…!

To answer Casper, the track is not very long, about 3 km, so if I had encountered a big problem, I could have walked down to the road to find some help…but all went well !

Thanks! I did not mean the wheel weight, but the ground clearance at the rail underneath the doors (i.e. how much clearance when putting a wheel over a rock).

There is a thin inner edge that protrudes a cm lower than the rest of the rocker panel.

So that's 13"/33cm there and 9.75"/25cm at skid plates. Very, very nice.

Depending on how new my tires are, I have between 21 and 23 cm at skid plates and 27.5-29.5 cm at rocker panel. This is with 0.5" spacers, 1" oversize tires, and skid plates.

For now I do not want to be any higher on road; in 4-6 years I may re-consider going all the way. If I had a reasonable adjustable suspension option, I would be looking into it, but with a multi-link suspension I do not think there is any.
