A new one would set you back about $2500 depending on chosen finish plus add about $300 for freight unless you can pick up from Goulburn.
Used ones vary greatly depending on condition and rarity. I'd say $1000 is fair plus $400 or so to have it sanded and two packed in your color plus a few hours of your time to polish up the tubes. You will then have an 'as new' bar for half price. If you find one in good condition in your color you will be ahead.
Mounting bars should be included in the purchase price. Don't let the seller hang on to it. Consider asking for the fog lights if fitted too.
Consider offering your original bumper as a trade can sometimes sweeten a deal.
