Front Struts

A few people on here have done Koni inserts on OEM struts, very pricey but great if you can afford the $$$

Without going that path, I'm not a fan of KYB having bent 2 now and hearing of so many others bending them. I'm trying Gabriel rear struts atm & I'll get the same or Sachs or Selby/Ultima when I do the front.
 
I purchased some Gabriel struts (all four corners) just before Easter to go with my raised king springs.

The people I bought them from (PM for details) were awesome and after realizing they did not have the Gabriel fronts in stock sent me Monroes for the fronts instead. Done about 12,000kms on them, including so pretty narly rocky and rutty tracks and they have performed exceptionally well. Combined with the raised kings they handle a dream, even without the RSB (which i removed as i kept breaking the mounts).

The Monroe front, in combination with the kings, are quite firm and do struggle with a speed bump that is approached with enthusiasm, at a slower pace they are smooth as silk. However, when in the dust and dirt I could not fault them. Trade-offs i guess.
