OK, I'd like to change the intake on the Fozz (SH9 Diesel) to replicate the setup that Toyota used on the 4.0 V6 Prado's.
i.e From the engine into the airbox,
then piped into the inner-guard and pointed backwards towards the drivers door.
this provides a good feed of cold air from the inner-guard, but one that sees little dust and no risk of water being sucked in unless you're wading deep up to the windscreen.
Just wondering if there's any way of changing the front half of the airbox to achieve this.
the rear part has the MAF integrated, so Would like to keep that as-is..
