Taken earlier this year when i was in japan. the fisrt Subaru, named the 360 from its 360cc engine

Yes, the overall design is actually relatively similar to Fiat's 500 or Bambina.

Yea rear engine rear wheel drive, with the fuel tank above the engine and no fuel pump. It was released a year after the fiat 500 so it probably was copied at some level.

Best not to get a leak in the fuel tank then I suppose.

I used to muck around driving these around in the PS2 game Gran Turismo 4. EXTREEEEMLY slow!

I was mucking around on YouTube once and found an EA82T powered 500. I think it said in the comments the ejs were all too wide to fit.
