Thought I'll pass this on to anyone in need of tyres for their Subaru. This is being advertised currently for the month of June and noticed nothing on this forum so I thought I would share for those interested.

Yokahama is having a tyre sale participating Tyres & More stores, Bob Jane T-Marts and other Yokohama Key Dealers.

Oh well, I bet no such thing will show up tomorrow here...I would buy right away!

Thats cool, so I'll be getting a free spare this weekend.

Thats a great deal & I can't recommend the Geolander ATs enough. Mine have 30K kms on them & still heaps of tread. Good compromise for onroad grip & offroad ability

I'll be sticking to my LT A/T Bridgestone 697 Duelers. Not a fan if yokohama

I'm going to grab four ATS while the offer is on to replace my original Geo G95s. I'm going to have to go from 255/55 17s to a narrower 215/60 17.

I'll keep the original unused spare for a few months. In the (hopefully) unlikely event of a puncture would there be an issue driving with the spare on until I could get tyre repaired or replaced? The 225/55 tyres are approx 10mm smaller in diameter so the car would effectively be about 5mm lower on the side the spare is on.

Bad idea with AWD as all 4 tyres need to be same circumference or the transmission has a wobbly. And Tyre Bible calculator shows you need 215/65R 17 to keep similar size to the 255/55R 17 you have now (-0.14% less) . 215/60R17 will be some -3.16% less.
