Are there meant to be images in the first post? I can't see any, even with a broken link or missing image symbol

:(

Cheers

Ok, after checking again, they're there!

Looks like a good turn out for sure! More pics of that impreza with a snorkel would be awesome ;)

still none for me. I viewed the page source, so I can see that they are from his album.

I'm not a coder, so I don't know if this is an issue - On the page source, most of the text is blue or purple, but in each of his images there is some red text. Does the red text signify some kind of error ? I know some browsers are more "forgiving" of some minor glitches in code, while others will just dump it.

I see other images just fine, just not eric's that are linked to the albums.

A warm :welcome: to the ORS forum, mate.

Snorkels aren't made specifically for Subarus, mate. But some other brands can be made to fit with a little 'torture' applied. Search the forum, and you will turn up plenty of info on this subject :iconwink: .

Thanks Ratbag,
As a newbie to this forum thingy I am reading as much as possible and enjoying the tips given buy all your members.
This is the first Fozzy I've owned ( handed down 2 me ) got to love family :)
Am slowly gettin her ready for some real dirty stuff. Followed a mates GQ Patrol over the rough without too much trouble after fitting new rear struts & raised king springs last month, was IMPRESSED 9klm/litre GQ 5klm/litre:rotfl:

Cheers for the welcome

^ I just put new rear struts in mine about 4 weeks ago. Made a substantial positive difference to the ride.

My MY06 gets around 7.3L/100 kms on the open road with two adults up and a moderate amount of crap. That's better than my '93 Impreza used to get ....

With my trailer (loaded), I got around 10.8L/100 kms towing it around the hills around Gembrook recently. I expect to get a lot better than this towing at higher speeds on the flat (mostly) and open road. Spent quite a bit of the day crawling around in LR, as it was a test run for off-road use for the trailer and car both loaded.

Bit of a report here:
