Oil change and Lease

When i lease the car (Forester) i have been told that i can change oil by myself
I did not check all "small text" about it , but i am doing this every 3,000 ,miles
I am not keeping receipts for buing oils and filters
Will i have problems by the end of the lease when i will return the car?
