Things i plan to do so far include:
- Tint the windows.
- New exhaust, gotta work out wot to do to get the really nice deep subie
rumble i so dearly luv.
- Maybe try to hunt down sum different tail lights.
- Remove outback badge from arse end.
- Tow-Bar.
- Inbuilt GPS to the dash...if i can/is possible?
- Bash plate...Depending on how adventurous i tend to get in the subie?
- Might do some foot-well lighting if i feel like it one day.

I think that's most of it for now...just to name a few, thers bound to be more once i start lookin round at others.

I'm sure there will be, once you start looking around.

Nice looking Outback blondy!!!

Outback badge removal is easy, get some fishing line in between the body and badge and 'saw' through the mounting tape. Does a nice clean job and keeps the badge intact.

i've heard bout doin that...but just havnt been game to try it yet...with my luck i'll take off paint or do damage sum how to the car...

Yea...maybe one day...want to do the exhaust first...i dnt like cars that are sooooo quiet u cant even hear them running...i need noise.

Once i pay the rest of the car off i mite think about a lift...but i wouldn't be able to do it and would have to pay a pro, and i wouldn't want it to look silly...so i'd prolly want to get new tyres/rims at the same time so everything looked in proportion.

Lets just say that I think thers a lot more things i would like to do first before spending that kind of money yet...i mite not bother with this one and wait till i can afford a better subie with a turbo to have the power to back it.

Blondie, don't go modifying your Outback exhaust - why not just wind down the windows so you can hear the dual tips when you're pushing it along? Its not a sports car - its a family car with mild sporting manners.

Insurance will become a problem and other Outback / Liberty drivers are only likely to look at you like you're some attention seeking bogan. Seriously, if you want to make a lot of noise, move to the outer 'burbs and buy an old WRX.

Sorry grandpa ben...your sure going to make friends easy with your first ever post being so...um...friendly. Not everyone has the same views as you. I suppose then any one that owns a commodore or falcon shouldn't put exhausts on them to make them sound different either...seeing they are classed as a family car as well. But wait they race them, and i have also seen some liberty's decked out for racing too.

Don't think i'll need to move to the outer suburbs either and buy an older car than the one i have now. Yet alone using one out in the country where i am, seeing i would have the car in the shop then constantly getting the car fixed up from all the bumps and scraps of the rough roads out my way. Hence the reason for the outback seeing it is based on the liberty, but with the extra height clearance.

I could go on but i'm not going to waste my time anymore, lucky your post got cleaned up a little more than the original.

Now for the nicer members here...i have an additional update to add:

Windows are now tinted, i have a nudge bar from ebay on the way very soon, its a subaxtreme which i got for less than half of what they sell for over here. A bargain i say even if it is second hand but its in great nick.

Will post pics once i have the new bar on and depending on things maybe the exhaust???

Cheers

You'll have to send a link to a sound bight (bite?)??, when you get the RUMMBLE/BURBLE happening.
