my advice is DO NOT USE THEM.

Unreliable.

My story is:

  • I bought a spare door off them when fixing hail damage for the dulagarl.
  • It turned out that I didn't need it, so I arranged to return it. I had paid $150 for it, but was prepared to exchange for $100 in parts. I was prepared to drop the $50 because the bloke had gone to the trouble of taking it off the car. he agreed.
  • I organised a day and time to return the door. I took an afternoon offf work to do this because it's a fair drive from my place to Burwood. When I arrived he was not there and the place was closed. I rang him and he carried on that I should have rung before I came out. I reminded him that I had rung and arranged a time with him. he was not going to be returning for some hours and I had other commitments to get to.
  • I left the door at his yard, in a place where he told me to put it.
  • I rang and confirmed the next day that he had received the door in good order. I also gave him a list of items I wanted.
  • I rang back four times over following weeks, and he never returned my call. I trusted him and was clearly mistaken in trusting him.
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS ME: DO NOT TRUST CRAIG FROM SUBAROO. I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS CRAIG, AND IF YOU WANT SOME GOOD PUBLICITY COME GOOD AND CALL ME BACK.

Malcolm is the main man. If you deal with him, tell him that Greg the bloke with the H6 Forester who brought the audi rims sent you. He's a grumpy bloke at first, but that's a bit of an act I reckon. I found him really good to deal with.

Mozza, Troy, Burgz and the boys are all great

Hooked me up with all the gearbox, centre-diff and clutch work that needed to be done on my Fozz, all genuine parts at a fraction of the dealership price
