Some of you knew I was getting this but I took delivery yesterday. Haven't driven it much as I've been working this weekend but so far I'm very happy. My Forester is staying in the family as well. Dad recently retired and as he had a company car he needed to get his own so is keeping my Forester.

My new MY09 SWB Pajero X diesel:

Should be more capable than the Forester offroad and will be able to tow my other car (240Z getting ready for a complete tear down and rebuild) around with ease. Probably has less luggage space than the Forester but it's enough for me (no kids) and small enough that parking etc around town isn't a problem.

Congrats on your new ride apsilon. There's nothing better than having a new ride & that new car smell. :)
There is one thing I did notice though... it's way to clean

Loose the side steps. That will give you more clearence over the humps.

And yes, I'll 2nd that, loose the side steps.

Regards
Mr Turbo

Thanks. Yeah the side steps will go, planning on replacing them with some custom rock sliders. Just one of many mods planned.

I'm enjoying having a clean car for a change. It'll change soon enough. Notice I went with white to help hide the stone chips and bush pinstriping LOL
