First video posted here, testing to see if the linky works...

The video is from 2006 when tested out my snorkel on my 94 impreza L wagon... it worked!

Yes, the link works :)

Great vid too mate :raz: & I'm guessing that it was a little deeper than you thought too

Glad to see that your snorkel works & you made it out

Haha turns out the door seals held up pretty well- only a little leakage around the rear doors and that was all! In fact, the water was DEEPER than it looked- since my wagon started floating pretty much right after diving in (see how the mud came up mid way on the windshield, and then the car bobbed back up, leveling off and floating the rest of the way across)

I kinda wish I had tried it in clear water, to see how well it floats.. maybe I will try it with my next wagon, into a lake off a boat ramp- with my friend's subaru tied off on the other side to reel it back in after testing.. (or sinking):poke:

Awesome!, Sweet vid mate :D
I'd give that a shot in my Foz haha

I'm worried about the seals in my foz but after seeing my friend do this I'm not so much...

I've never seen a Subie float so well :rotfl:

Great vids, love the colour scheme :monkeydance:

Kick-donkey vids, Ratty! Love the Waterwagon name too.

Now I want a snorkel.
