I didn't think to take any pics but got to drive it, what an absolute animal :lildevil: Had one in at work today
2.5l turbo with auto, the car had been used. Was even missing half it's rear bumper. I have to say it's the best car I've ever driven. Was just awesome

yeehah! :monkeydance:
Interesting sumpguard. Are those air intakes where the foglights normally are?

No that's not the air intake.
Half your luck mate :quitar:
You lucky :censored: :censored: :monkeydance:

Was great fun, didn't get to drive it enough. The boss was like like go pick up this Subaru, here is the address. Bring it back so we can do some work on it. When I got there I was like OMFG, Awesome.

Beautiful, what suspension in there ?

Not sure, it's higher than my Forester though and I have around 5" of lift. I know it has BFG 215/75R15, KYB struts all round and raised king springs, not sure what else.

That must have been Awesome Taza!!!!

Did you get to drive it in the dirt???

Na, just went an picked it up from a workshop and brought it back to ours. Was the best 5km drive ever   :iconwink:

Hell does it have some power though, in the wet traction was an issue taking off from the lights..

Mighty of been a replica, it certainly was similar. I'm positive it had different rims tough..
The one we had was definately raced by the looks and had 'Kings Springs' written on the springs..
Was in due to alternator issues...

They might have swapped out the suspension hey, either way it would have been cool to drive it.

Youd think Maximum would fix all there own stuff hey? Where do ya work Taza?

Yeah I would of thought so, they do tunes aswell don't they?

Something with the alternator was over charging and causing a heap of the circuits to short out on the car, that's why we had it in..
I left uni and got an apprenticeship as an auto sparky, it's abit different to being a mechanic but I like it(Did some work experience at a mechanics shop before the a/s place). Hard work though doing 10-12hours a day, 6 days a week but it's good. The place is called Westcoast Auto Electrics in North Perth, the guys there are great, pretty friendly, do a good job and work hard :iconwink: :)

Yeah maximum do all mechanical repairs and performance tuning and build rally/race cars etc.

Well done on the apprenticeship mate always good to get a trade behind ya IMO, and the way all the newer cars are going being an auto sparky in the future will be a good thing hey..
