Ummm - what in particular? Appears to have king springs and maybe blocks - hard to tell how much it's lifted with the low profile tires but by the looks of the lack of clearance in front of the rear tire it's most likely to have blocks as well.

I'm thinking the same as Kevin.
King springs (the yellow colour is a dead give away)
Possibly a strut top lift (1") as the rear wheel seems to be a little more forward than it should be.

Wow, this is HOT. How much lift would that be?

EDIT: Nevermind, I asked them on FB and they answered me:

Our custom lift kit - front 6cm, rear 7,2cm. iron man springs gives about plus 3cm, and 235,55-18 "Dakars" gives about plus 2cm.

That means about 4.3in front and 4.8 rear.
