Guys,
Im actually a Land Rover bloke these days, but find myself having to fix the wifes 03-05 XT. She tends to run into things, and whilst pulling the wheels off in order to remove the front and rear bars (to be replaced with Subaxtreme items), notice she has busted a front shock. So...need to replace it....putting on heavier bars, need heavier springs, necessitates replacing the SL rears...bugger it, lets lift it as well hey!
So, I note that for KYBs, there are a couple of part nos for the SG. The catalohe says 334470/71 for the front. But I note a few people using 334468/69. The catalogues syas these are for a Mitsubishi. Whats the secret? The 68/69s are a lot cheaper.
Kings springs....target is a slight lift, and to cope with the heavir bars front and rear. I assume this means the ksfr32sp fronts and ksrr43 springs are the way to go?
Anyone recommend a supplier in Melbourne? I will fit myelf, but I have to do it this week whilst wife is away.
Thanks in advance
