Rear Bar - 98-02 Forester in Brisbane....who wants one?
Now I have your attention....
I was once going to get a rear bar done for my 2000 Forester by a fella called Brooksy in the Brisbane area. I was hoping to pave the way for others as when he'd done one he'd have the details and said he'd have no issues doing others without having to have the car in the shop.
So.....
Now I've moved to the other side of the country and will be here for another year or so....
I was wondering was there anyone in the Brisbane area that would consider being the first to get the bar done.
If you google Brooksy and/or "Custom 4x4 Fabrications" you will see some of his awesome work... mostly toyo's and stuff but he was more than happy to give the suby a crack and i told him if he punched out one and was keen to keep em comin he could expect maybe another 10 more... for now atleast. I showed him pics of work done by 'other' subrau protection bar manufacturers and told him the price they asked and he was gob smacked and quoted me nearly exactly half of what i was quoted by the 'other' manufacturer and that was with a tyre carrier and fuel carrier included. Although he does a lot of tube work he does do a lot of nice factory looking bars and sliders and his work is quality without a doubt.
So.... who wants to be a pioneer and open the flood gate...???
