My SH9 Forester

Hey guys heres a few pics of my MY11 Forester X out on some bush trails

Pretty well stock ATM all ive done is tinted the windows..

My future plans are to fit up bash plate and a 1" lift kit and im also going to get some better all-terrain tyres for it..

Cheers mate yeah the weather wasnt too bad, it got a bit hairy on the way home (a few trees etc on the roads)

Thanks for the offer on help but i should be fine hey (im a mechanic been in the game for 20 od years now) just gotta con the MOF into lettn me spend the cash now hey..
 
Bit of an update, I had Throttlehappy from over at OZFOZ do a tune on my NA FB25 yesterday, and I must say I'm very happy with the results

It was all done while driving (so no dyno results etc) but overall it's different car, so much smoother and more refined too drive, the auto shifts smoothly and kicks down to the right gear when you want it too (feels like a completely different gbox) even the throttle has a better more firm feeling..

Fueling and ignition timing was left factory but the tune has improved fuel economy and it feels more torquey everywhere, plus it doesnt feel restricted anymore either..

I'm going on a big road trip next week (up to Exmouth) so ill report back on the fuel usage I'm pretty confident there will be good gain there as well..
 
So just an update on my fuel usage after my tune was done..

Ive just completed a 3600km trip from Perth to Exmouth return and my overall average was 8.8l per 100kms & overall the car performed great and defanatly better than stock form..
