Full moon trip !colorado august 2012

:monkeydance: so I'm thinking a full moon trip august the 31th that's a fri .leave in the morn ,stay the night.all day Saturday the 1of sept and maby sum night trails that eve up to the driver for sure .then sun the 2 of sept pack up and roll home .but of course you may come or leave any time you please ;) .not positive on a location or pass yet .open to all suggestions .I've been wanting a few subarus to join for sum time .but all rides are more than welcome .:). Hope to see you there:twisted: Maby Webster or red cone depending on what the driver wants . But they do met at the top of Webster pass . I've done it more than one time . And my Subi was lower and had smaller tires the first two times . Let me know what you think .

Wish i could join up! We've had some discussions as of late & looks like now we will be heading for Ft Collins/ Loveland area. Fortunately i was able to get our deposit/ future rent back we had paid to secure a place a Durango. Have to admit i'm getting pretty jacked up!

What trail? I have been in Rampart road Dakan road Switerland trail Jackson creek trail - they all are good for crossovers and night trip as well

Hay tempo , guess we will do Webster pass or or red cone . Starting on the same side high way 285. We know this possible for a Subi for sure . And also changing date to the last weekend of august so august the 31 meet up
 
AHHH all these fun trips in hunting season :( and i dont even know what my work schedule will change to next month :( man this sucks wish i could say i could make it to all the aug trips but i cant, ill try.

Well I'm sorry . If it makes you feel better .this is the only august trip were doing . The other post is from sub a cool from last year .we will not change the date on this trip due to the full moon. So try to make it :ebiggrin: we would love to make this a large Subi trip . But like i said all rides are welcome :monkeydance:
 
Gotta agree with HiddenSubaru, hunting season is dang important. You get one hunting season while getting and at least 12 full moons each year. :poke: That being said, you gotta do whats you gotta do. Take pics and post em guys.
 
Yeah but only a few months you can go over a pass due to too much snow..but ill be sure to post tons of lpicts.
 
were getting a lil closer to the trip .ive just replaced the clutch im my legacy forest .hopeing we will have a few people joining.if not ill be more than happy to go alone and post pictures

I would if i was there yet! Only another month...
However a "bluemoon" comes around here probably every other weekend depending on the sale in the beer section at our local HEB store :bananatoast:
 
I'm planning to be in CO in August, but I won't be there for the "blue moon."

My week off is the one prior to your trip.. Spending 3 days in a cabin in Pitkin, trying to unwind.. I'll probably bring some Shiner Bock with me.
