Replace globe 2002 outback fogs

Hi all, I removed the plastic cover and can not see how to replace the globe in the fog lamp. Tried turning anything I could get hold of.

:-/ yes. Removed the plastic cover to access the back of the fog lamp. I had read online that you turn the back of the lamp to remove it, could not find anything that turned. Plenty of metal brackets,
