Im looking for a 1" - 2" strut lift for my MY09 XS Forester.
Iv tried sumo and crossbred and both say they are making but don't have anything as yet.
Does anyone know where I can get something from Australia?
Subtle Solutions has stuff but they are from the states.

Australia no. Subtle Solutions is where a good amount of us have gotten ours from and most of us with them running raised springs of sorts too.

Hi spikeoo1,

No, you don't add 2 together. Your camber would be very out with that...

If you look at a 2 inch block, you'll see they have an offset between the bolts on the top plate and bottom plate. That's to ensure your strut sits in the right position, even though the rest of the car is higher.

The SH9 has a weird multilink rear suspension, from what I recall. Not sure if there are any 2 inch lift kits for it available yet...

Subtle Solutions has replied and said they only do 1" lift for the new shape Foresters and they wont have any for a few weeks.
CrossBred has also replied saying they wont have anything, Strut or Body lift, for a few weeks also.
Sumo has not replied.
So Ill just have to wait for a few weeks I guess! I am SO impatient though!

Have you heard anything back from Sumo? I haven't been able to get in contact for a few weeks? Sorry about the thread jack!
 
Just got a reply from SUMO.
"I am working on them now. I expect them to be available around the 1st of the month. I am down until the 15th of this month. If I have 1 ready are you ready to purchase? I want to get this to market as soon as it is ready. Looking for customers to provide honest reviews and use their vehicles on website."
 
I just purchased a SH9 for myself. Will post pics of my 2" Strut lift in stainless steel once the parts arrive from water jet. If you guys are still interested.....
