Forestry permit

Hey, I somehow found out that you can get a free permit to drive on forestry roads, you just need to call and have them fax or email you the permit that lasts for as long as the rego in your car (for the Sunshine Coast at least)
I have since lost my marbles and cannot find the website/phone number... could anyone help a brother out?
