Hi team,
I have a bit of a woozy for ya,
i fill up the car... the needle goes up to full (duh!)
i drive around until the fuel is almost empty or when the fuel light goes on.. which happend to only be 353km!!!!
But then when i fill it up, only 45 litres goes in before the petrol bowser nozzle goes 'click', I calculated this to be approximately 12.7 ish litres per 100... (which is about right for me because i do have a heavy foot and this is driving through the city)
The thing is.... i thought that these Gen 3 outbacks have a 64 litre fuel tank.... And if so, would my fuel sender in the tank be stuffed? I have estimated that i still should get at least another 150 or so km out of the tank... what do you guys average in km for a manual 2.5 gen 3 outback (city/fwy/country driving doesnt matter)
thanks gents (and ladies)
