Hi
I found a Dutch company that imports king springs from Australia. Only they do not know of the existence of springs for a Subaru Forester in 1999.(?!?!)

Does any of you know a part number of these springs? I need front and rear.

Thnx in advance!

greetings Casper

Thanks!

When I look in the catalog I see that there is a difference between the front springs of a SF and SG type. I use the rear shocks from a SG, and SF in the front. Is there an advantage to use also the SG springs up front?

btw my subaru is a forester 2.0 from 1999.

While you have SG rear shocks, you should check if you are still using the SF strut top. This is because top of the SG spring is narrower than the SF spring, and will not fit the SF strut top and vice versa.

I can't see any advantage using the SG springs up front.

I have SG struts in the rear, because the spring seat is slightly higher than the SF spring seat, and hence I can fit larger tyres. I am still using SF springs though.

Thnx Dulagarl, but with your answer I have one more question.

I wil have to replace the rearstruts also because one of my rear struts is leaking oil. What can i do best? Buy SF or SG dampers? And mount SF of SG kingsprings?

I use general grabber at2 205/75/15 tyres. I am not sure that these tyres wil fit with SF struts. Or is that no problem?

greetings Casper

Does anybody know what I can order best for my SF?

SF (King) springs and use them with SF struts?
Or SG (King) springs and use them with SG struts ??

And what kind of tops do I need then?

I am affraid that when I use the SF struts thta I will have clearance problems with my 205/75/15 tyres. Or will this fit?

I don't want to make a costly mistake by ordering the wrong springs

thnx! Casper

SG struts with SF springs for SF car. Like I said earlier, check that it is an SF strut top.
