raising a 99GT

ive got a 99 GT SF, looking to get more clearance by increasing wheel diameter and suspension, whats the most effective method keeping to a budget????????????
currently ive worked out i can get about 35mm from changin the coils, and about 44mm, (22mm effectively) from changing tyres will cost about 1500 all up
total height will be another 57mm, (1.9inches approx)
alternatives???????????

2 inch body lift with 3 inch strut tops. This will allow you to run larger tyres without scrubbing and will give you greater belly clearance over strut tops block and larger tyres along.

AFAIK there is High Rise or Backyard Boys lift kits available.

At a guess lift will cost $400 - 600 I'd imagine.
