I've been a bit quiet lately but soon to be on the move for a bit. I quit my job with IGA last week and have been doing some voluteer work up near Dunolly helping fix some fences that were wiped out after the floods. It's on a deer farm and been quite enjoying myself. At least i am working with people that WANT to be there and do a bit of work!!
Did one day with Blazeaid but now i just turn up and help.
My mate from Sydney also quit his job and turned up and he will leave for Mildura this saturday and i will meet him at the Coorong about Wednesday of next week. We will go to Adelaide to catch up with one of his mates but no other plans besides that.
He has some work lined up (he is a chef) at the Echuca air show in early April so we might or might not be back for that.
After much stuffing around i have kept the Subie ( and my money) and when i get back i will get the timing belt done and a COMPLETE fluid change and probably get some new brake pads even.

Sold the camper quite some time ago. Too heavy. I am still trying to make up my mind how to go about my trips. Sooner or later it will click.
At the moment i have been away for about almost 3 weeks. Started at Meningie at Lake Albert near the Coorong and have been down to see the mouth of the Murray and then followed the coast up and down the peninsulars and am now in Point Turton. My mate has a job at the Point Turton Tavern until this coming friday. He is a chef.
This western side of the Yorke peninsular is by far the best part of SA that i have seen. In fact it is the ONLY part so far i would be interested in coming back to but only if i had a boat.
No ifs or buts. It is pointless for me to keep traveling without a tinny and i REALLY!!!!!! need to pull my finger out and do something about it.
