Super Bowl

Watching it.. I'm kind of torn. I'm not a huge fan of either time, but I kind of like them both. I hope Pittsburgh can get back in it, to make a game of it.

Been following the game for about 3 or 4 years now.

After seeing how the Packers have played the last few games I would have to put my money on them.

If Aaron Rodgers (No 12) is on his game & plays well I think they'll (Packers) romp it in. In saying that, I'll say Green Bay (Packers) by 10.

First year i have actually about no interest for the game. Not really sure why. I've always liked the packers though, so i'm still rooting for 'em. Pro football just doesnt seem to have the excitement to it that college ball has anymore. Have to admit i wouldnt mind sitting through a game at Jerry World though!

Not sure about in recent years, but the way they started the 3rd quarter I thought they were gone. It was like there was a different side out there. By the time it got to the final quarter though, they had re-grouped enough to secure a win.
I must admit that it was a lot closer than I thought it was going to be.

A close game is always better than a 'blow out' - unless you are a supporter of the victors. :iconwink:

That's true, a close game is always better.

The only thing I was disapointed about was missing out (in Australia that is) on the great ads that they think up & show during the half time break.

Made sure I was watching at half time, but this year not even a 'wardrobe malfunction'! :lildevil: :poke::biggrin:

The half time show was brilliant.
Whoever was in charge of the choreography, with all the people & moving stages on the field did an amazing job thats sure.

Only malfunction was christina aguilera goofing on the national anthem! But yeah, the commercials are usually pretty fun to watch. I'm sure you can youtube them though.

Biggest sporting event in the country and the national anthem gets messed up. Incredible Incompetence :monkeydance:

Lea should of sang it!

Did like the outcome of the game however.

Well my Packers won (own stock), but knowing the Steelers I wouldn't have been surprised if it had gone their way.

Now let's get on with the new season of Super Rugby! Go Crusaders!!
