hey guys
ive just got meself a nudge bar for my 06 forester just curious in how to install the thing, thought there would be some holes in the chassis to just bolt onto but there isnt. Any help would be very nice some photos would be even nicer
cheers

What brand/make of bar? I had a SubaXtreme bar, which required removing the front bumper but it was pretty straightforward (on an '03 Forester).

I've got an ECB nudgebar on my 06' and from what I remember it was fairly easy to install. You just use the supplied bolts and follow the directions provided with the bar. Mine had 2 angle iron brackets that attach to the chassis first then the bar bolts to that. Before I had the sump guard I had to butcher the plastic guard to fit the nudgebar though.

He's an old pic I have showing the mounts. I can't believe how dirty the car was - I haven't seen that many bugs since I moved over 2 years ago! So much easier to clean the car now.

That thing is HUGE, what the he!! are you suppose to nudge with that?
A house?:rotfl:
Sorry I made mine to keep my bumper from going into the dirt.
What does that thing weigh, 150, that like having a person sitting on your hood along for the ride.
