06 Outback recovery points, where are they.
can I use the 2 hooks down near each front tyre?
How does the screw in tow eyelet go is it a good idea to use it on it's own.
any tips would be good

Whenever you hook up a Subie you should use 2 points and have a "distribution" / "equaliser" strap attached to the 2 points to spread the load. You can buy specific straps for this purpose - I use a tree trunk protector as my distribution strap.

Where to attach distribution straps on 05MYOBW?

I'm setting up a snatch kit and want to find out where to attach the distribution strap, front and rear.
(Not much use buying one if I don't know where to attach it! :lol: )
Have a Hayman Reece hitch, so can use a shackle connection for one point the rear, but don't know what to use for the second.
As for the front, don't know which points to use. Is the 'screw in' point useable? And what about the other?
I figure some of the experienced forum members must know!
