Central locking

Hi guys,
My central locking in my forester is playing up!!
When i use the remote all doors lock except the front passenger????
It clicks and lights flash but i have to lock the passenger side door first before i lock the rest of the car...really annoying at the moment I dont mind taking it to the mechanics but if anyone has had this problem before or knows what it might be it'd be great to get some feedback!Cheers

try taking apart the switch cover and spraying some contact cleaner on the connectors. you can buy it from Jaycar/Dicksmith
