Problems attaching photos to threads

I am having a couple of problems up-loading photos:

1. My photos will only attach as thumbnails; and
2. Can only attach a maximum of 5.

e.g. my King Springs post in the 'What have you done ... today?' thread. https://offroadsubarus.com/showthread.php?t=801&page=52

By contrast (for example El Freddo's Hotham thread) https://offroadsubarus.com/showthread.php?t=1933

1. Attach as full size photos
2. Have far more than 5.

What am I doing wrong?

Hey Barry,

EL_Freddo's photos are being held on an external website for photos, such as Photobucket or Flicr... After you upload the photos to such a website, you then insert just the link to your photos on your post, and they come up like you see them in his post.

Have a look on the toolbar for post editing, there's an icon for 'Insert Image' which allows you to enter your link.

There is still a limit on how many photos that you can put in a post. This applies to emoticons and links as well. Pick any combination of 10 per post, more than that and you will have to start a new post.
