Southern Highlands - much to see in a day?

It's has been 25 years since I was last around the Southern Highlands so this weekend the missus and I are going to see what's down there.....I guess it'll be a recce of sorts!

All I know is there is a natural rock tunnel on the Wombeyan Caves road which is a must-see for me.....how do I get there?

What else should I be trying to squeeze in to my daytrip?
Robertson?
Bundanoon?
I heard there is a yacht dumped in the bush somewhere around that way too. If anyone has the GPS co-ords I'd love to check it out.

Are the water-supply dams in the area worth checking out?

theres heaps of good offroading around Bundanoon and Tallowa dam. get away early if your just going for the day. or just drive around the towns. its very nice with nostalgic buildings and shops.
