Met up with a bunch of people from our local 4x4 club, of which Subacool and I are members, and headed out to an offroad park east of Denver. They are usually closed in the winter, but in part greatly to Subacool, the owner decided to open it up for us. Talk about a great time! 15 rigs I think, plus Subacool hauled his VW buggy out with the Outback.

Check out this awesome shot! John rocking his 4 door long bed dodge heavy duty diesel.
Problem was that's as far as he got! Got his hitch stuck on a rock when his tires lost grip and he slid back down.

In reality, I've followed the big boys almost everywhere they've gone (and got a kick out of them when they saw me!). The only thing I've opted out of was the mud pit, just because I didn't feel like getting muddy. It was a definite that I'd have to get pulled out, just didn't feel the need for going in 
I did go through the shallow pit (the parade) just not with the main group. I'm still waiting for a video of that to surface as I've seen some cameras out. Those deep ruts sure made for a fun ride :iconwink:
