last night driving home from a party i had the high beams and the spotties on and went to turn them off bcos a car was coming along, the high beams turned off but the spotlights stayed on, i pulled over and turned the hibeams on and off a few times and that still didnt work and i ended up just pullin out the fuse. what the hell is goin on? lol:confused::confused:

yep its prolly cause you are running slightly higher wattaage globes than your relay can handle. just pop the bonnet and flick the relay and it'll turn off

200W should only draw between 14-16A. check all your connections for bad joins especially the spade crimps on the relay. bad joins create a lot of heat. also what kind of quality is your relay? if you got it from supacheap chances are is supercrap:ebiggrin:

its a narva one that came with the kit, ive gotta fix all the wiring, heat shrink all the terminals, im using the spade connecting things but they feel pretty strong. ill have another look on fridy when im off
