Melb 4X4 show - Showgrounds this weekend...

Any Melb. based members going to the 4x4 show at the showgrounds this weekend?
I'll be there Saturday - football Sunday, but probably best to not mention religion!

Didn't get there, but saw lots of 'big donkey' 4WDs coming and going.
Someone should explain to the 'live axle brigade' that, irrespective of how high you lift the body or the height of the suspension, the clearance of the diffs is still limited by the radius of the road wheels.
Unless crossing raging torrents or running along erosion gullies I reckon that a subie, certainly with a modest lift, could get most of the places these rigs can, but without needing a step ladder for entry and exit.
