gearbox diff oil

I have had a bit of a look through the forum and havent been abble to find any information on gearbox oil or rear diff oil for a 2006 xt forrester have no problems but would like to stay close to service recomendations with changing fluids. Im up for the gearbos and diff oil changes has anybody...
