ICE (In Case of Emergency) Your Cell Phone

Awesome tips & thanks for sharing. Until recently I have been a bit weird about maps etc on my phone and have constantly said no to it about it "using my current location". A local delivery fella close to where I live recently had stuff stolen from the front of his vehicle. All his invoice books, keys to all the places he was to deliver to AND his phone.

The police caught the thief... because his phone had its GPS location turned on! I would imagine in the case of an emergency, anybody who was missing could be located the same way, provided they have their phone on. Not sure about remote areas, but if you can MAKE an emergency SOS call from somewhere that has no mobile reception, surely that function could be used in reverse to track the person?

Best regards,
