Does anybody have problems with the low beam globes blowing i have both headlights go in the last two weeks and what globes are people using they are standard H7

IME, bulbs vary quite dramatically in quality. I won't buy Narva bulbs, and haven't since they burned the connectors in my Impreza.

Was just about to suggest, check your connecters are good.
Dodgy connecters can have a pretty bad effect on bulbs.

His connectors are good - I helped change one of his bulbs Oct long weekend. Maybe being the same age they both got to end of life roughly around the same time?

I have had several low beams blow in my SH. I figured it was due to running my tyres at 38psi and having the headlights on during the day time. I think the extra vibration from the high tyre pressures causes the filaments to blow when they are hot. I haven't gone to expensive bulbs but since lowering pressure to 32psi and not using headlights in the day time I haven't had a problem. I keep a spare set of bulbs in the car now just in case.

I run 40 psi in my SG with headlights on all the time, haven’t had an issue.

I get Philips globes - H7 60+ I think. Nice and bright and seem to last a few years.

Maybe that's because I don't drive at night very often!
