Well not only does this hobby pay for itself in alot of ways, but after being asked to enter my Transvaall War Medallion i found recently into a competition, it has won me 1st prize in a find of the month comp. I have also been asked to submit it for the Miners Den Newsletter another $25 and the medal is worth by appraisal 200+ brit pounds maybe more seeing as its the only one that can be found in circualtion with Victoria one side and Baden Powell on the other, most have one or the other.

Part of The Prize a Garrett Digging Tool ( I usually use Predator but wont say no)

More places to enter it yet so maybe some more prizes
