I've got the mods to make program cable and increase range and power, plus allow you to access the extra HAM channels.

Acknowledges if other Icom IC-400PRO / IC-40Jr / IC-4088S transceivers receive your call or are within rage.

yeah, I've got one.

Previous owner had it modified by an army mate in comms. Not sure if he boosted th power, but I'd be surprised if he didn't.

has extra channels in it, but they are currently set for NQ emergency services, which aren't any good for me.

Good unit though.
