I'm sure Mingenew is their main breeding ground.
 
But the Buchanan Hwy (Oh dear, the WA Government has quite a sense of humour. It's a track) is where they develop the corrugations and experiment on developing really big ones that can really shake any car to pieces. I suspect from there they send them to Mingenew to breed those that are particularly bad.
