Beautiful spot, close to Sydney, my first jaunt onto the sand with the Subi...did well but needed low range in some of the more churned up sand bits. Was a bit worried about getting bogged with an audience too.

Any other beaches similar around Sydney?

Jeez, I have not been there for years and years! No others that I know of around Sydney; Stockton up at Newcastle is probably the next closest. Maybe some in the Illawarra but I'm not familiar with them.
