Default How do I remove SH Forester rear seat

Need some advice. I need to remove the rear seat cushion on the 2011 SH.

Haven't looked at our SH, but with the SG there are two bolts at the front in the foot wells, then you can get at the two at the back of the squab.

Totally different RB.
Finally worked it out.
Open cup holder and using a flat head screw driver gently prise up bottom cover.
Remove 4 x 10mm bolts.
Disconnect white plug to power cable.
On the left hand and right hand front corners of the seat lift up to disengage clip. This will require some force!
The fixing seems to be totally over engineered. Any way there you have it.
