Tent = Vaude galaxy when alone or on short trips. For longer stays I use a Freedom Outback Tourer.

Stove = meth powered trangia. I also have some utensils for open fire cooking including an old school double jaffle iron.

being a vego / seafood eater only, I find the set up to be perfectly adequate. Also means that I don't have to frig around with gas bottles.

I just bought two new cast iron single single jaffle irons. Should have them this week. Hard to beat real wood coals and some cast iron cooking
