im still thinking what would be better there some rubber or cut some gap in tube so it would lock on that side . something to do in front too it would lock there better. maybe put there biiger tube so jack tube would go like inside it .

The HiLifts are quite unstable latteraly (had 1 with my Land Rover)

could be with heavier car maybe more. i tried to lift front and side and car wasnt moving to sides or front at all. i thought its pretty stable. more so then any other jacks that are standard ones.
